Paul joined Fleurets in 2000 following two years as estate manager with Scottish & Newcastle responsible for its pub, restaurant and hotel estate in the south east. His entire career has been in the leisure and hospitality property sectors. Paul has extensive experience across agency and valuation advisory services relating to hotels, restaurants and pubs although, with overall responsibility for Fleurets' hotel division, he has a particular focus on hotels. Paul is on the RICS President's panel of Independent Experts and regularly accepts appointments as Expert Witness in relation to litigation and third party disputes concerning rent reviews.
James has over 20 years' experience specialising in all aspects of leisure property agency including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate clients, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Such experience and contact book means James regularly has an active role in many of the sectors leading transactions, most of which are completed confidentially.
Andy heads up Fleurets' transactional activity in Central London, focusing on pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants. This includes advising on individual and group freehold sales/acquisitions, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate companies, landlords, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Andy joined Fleurets as a Negotiator in 2003 from an operations background in the licensed leisure sector having worked for managed house operators and a national pub company.
Elysia joined Fleurets in January 2014 to work within the Agency Team in London office.
Working on the transactional side of the business within Capital Markets she deals with Investment acquisitions and disposals. Acting both on portfolios of sites and on individual assets, of varying lot sizes, countrywide. Her client base includes private equity firms and individual clients.
She also specialises in the freehold sales, new lettings and assignments of public houses for both large corporate pub companies and private individuals. She also has background in dealing with nightclubs and hotels. Geographical she primarily deals with properties within Central, North and East London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
Rosie joined Fleurets in 2013 following a period of time working front of house in the restaurant sector, becoming a Divisional Director in 2020. Rosie is based in the London office, covering London and the south-east, and has over 8 years of hospitality and leisure property experience. Rosie advises parties on a range of matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and planning viability, as well as undertaking valuations for various purposes. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Rosie regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to Arbitration and Independent Expert referrals concerning disputed rent reviews.
Jason is a Senior Associate at Fleurets, having recently joined the firm in April 2023. Operating from the London office, Jason undertakes a range of professional work across London and the Southeast of the UK. Jason is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with in excess of 20 years experience across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
Simon works within the London pubs team at Fleurets and specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies, trusts, administrators and pension funds.
He primarily deals with properties within Central and South London, Kent and Essex.
Based in our London office, Jessica joined the Fleurets team in 2024. With over five years of experience working in Public Relations, agency side, her diverse experience has spanned a variety of sectors with a prominent focus on hospitality and property.
Jessica oversees the implementation and execution of all PR and marketing activities for Fleurets nationwide focusing on all aspects of the business. She also looks after Fleurets’ social media accounts and the production of the weekly issues of Newswire.
Vanessa is the national IT Manager, based in Fleurets’ London office and has been with Fleurets for over 10 years. She is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all technical equipment and software systems; including: computers, applications, website, telephones, mobile telephones and printers. Dedicated, diligent and highly organized, with a broad range of office experience in an executive environment.
George has recently joined Fleurets as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Real Estate Degree at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. George is currently rotating through the Agency and Valuation teams to give him a diverse skill set to complete his APC and become a member of the RICS.
