This longstanding seafront establishmenthas been sold to a local buyer who have very exciting plans. The new owner, who is purchasing the hotel as part of a lifestyle change, acquires the property after 22 years of ownership by the previous owner. The guide price was £865,000 and we had a number of viewings from a wide variety of parties on a nationwide basis.

A picturesque wedding venue and 20 bedroom hotel in Cambridgeshire, the Sibson House was a well run opportunity that suited both individual buyers and local multi-site operators.
