Acting on behalf of the landlord, Fleurets has negotiated a new lease to Sixes, an experiential cricket concept. This was the group's fourth site, opening in a prime site, overlooking the canal in The Mailbox. The world's first social entertainment cricket venue, this is a new experiential leisure venue in Birmingham, with the group planning further expansion. Fleurets advised the owner of The Mailbox on the new lease, resulting in a new arrival to the city.

Fleurets provided a valuation for Empyrean Ltd for secured lending purposes in respect of the Old Rectory, a beautiful manor house built in 1837 set in 4 acres of Essex countryside providing an idyllic wedding venue.

Fleurets provided a valuation for Barclays Bank Plc for secured lending purposes of this classic Georgian manor set within 4 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens providing a perfect venue for weddings and other events.

Fleurets provided a valuation for PCF Bank Ltd for secured lending purposes of this family run wedding venue established in 2013 in the heart of Essex.

Flight Club, the home of social darts. Fleurets acted for the landlord, Melleca Properties Limited, in respect of the marketing and subsequent letting of the basement and ground floor of 55 New Oxford Street to Flight Club Darts Ltd on a new 20 year lease.

Bounce, the home of ping pong providing a mix of games, food and cocktails. Fleurets acted on behalf of the tenant, Bounce Leisure Ltd, in respect of the rent review.

Pembroke Lodge is a specialist wedding venue, event centre and tea room operation in the heart of Richmond Park in south west London. Fleurets undertook a capital valuation of this very successful business for secured lending purposes.

Fleurets is regularly appointed to act on behalf of operators in Soho and have settled rent review negotiations on numerous properties including Village, Obar and Freedom on Wardour Street, Bar Soho on Old Compton Street, Basement State on Broadwick Street and Blue Posts and Ember Yard on Berwick Street.  We have a vast depth of transactional knowledge in this key leisure location and this is put to the use of our clients in rent review negotiations.

A former Private Club located in a suburban area, the Franklands Club in Haywards Heath was let to a Childrens Nursery operator who aims to provide a much needed local service.

Valuation for internal purposes of an established zoo with a range of animal types including meerkats and a purpose built Humboldt penguin enclosure with a focus on interactive visitor experiences.
