Boxpark plans expansion and reveals two new concepts
Boxpark has announced plans to open a further ten sites over the coming five years, Propel has reported. Boxpark is also launching two new concepts: BoxHall and BoxOffice. Whilst BoxOffice is a co-working space, incorporated into new Boxpark sites; BoxHall will be a food hall, showcasing six to twelve street food vendors at each site.
Pieminister looks to open in Exeter
Pieminister is looking to open a restaurant in Exeter near the station off Queen Street. A licensing application has been submitted for an 833 sq ft former piano shop. Propel reports that Pieminister saw a 14% increase in sales for the year ending 31st March 2018 to £14.3m.
BrewDog offering franchises
BrewDog is offering franchise agreements to businesses already in the market, reports The Morning Advertiser. This announcement follows BrewDog's latest opening in St Andrews, Fife, marking the 92nd bar.
L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele to open second site in Soho
L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, a Neopolitan pizza company, is set to open a new restaurant in Soho, marking its second site. With an existing site on Baker Street, the new Soho restaurant will be housed in a former Patisserie Valerie unit, reports The Caterer.
