Fleurets celebrate 200th anniversary

Fleurets is celebrating their 200th year in 2020. We are also delighted to announce our corporate social responsibility partnership with the Team Margot Foundation and are greatly looking forward to raising both money and more importantly awareness for this hugely worthy cause.

Roxy Leisure secures £7.5m from Foresight Group

The operator of both Roxy Lanes and Roxy Ball Room has secured a £7.5m investment from Foresight Group. The Morning Advertiser reports that the investment will be used to fund expansion. An new Roxy Ball Room in Birmingham is earmarked for early 2020, with additional openings in Manchester and Nottingham in the pipeline.

Archie's to open three Manchester sites

Archie's, the North West-based burgers, shakes and waffles concept, it set to open three additional sites in Manchester this year, reports Propel. The new opening at the Trafford Centre will also house a ball pit. The other two sites will be located at Piccadilly Approach and the airport's new terminal.

Record ADR and RevPAR for London hotels

Propel reports that the London hotel market has achieved record ADR and RevPAR for December, according to the latest data from STR. ADR increased by 2.6% to £159.48 when compared with the previous year, whilst RevPAR increased by 1.5% to £129.44.

Rodizio Rico to open fourth restaurant

Rodizio Rico, a Brazilian-themed restaurant, is set to open its fourth site this month, reports Propel. The existing sites in Birmingham, Islington, (London) and London's O2 will be joined by a new site in Coventry.

The Village Inn, located in the South Downs National Park, has been put on the open market with a guide price of £1,050,000. Boutique Hotelier reports that the hotel has 16 rooms and was refurbished four years ago.
