Prezzo to open first restaurant since 2018 at Islington Square
The Caterer has advised that Cain International, the privately held investment firm led by Jonathan Goldstein, has agreed a new lease with Prezzo for 8,432 sq ft at its Islington Square development in north London. This space will house both a new Prezzo and the business's Support Centre offices. Prezzo Islington will be the first new restaurant opened since 2018.

Radisson's flagship Sheffield hotel development gets underway
The front end of the hotel, including ground-level retail and restaurant units, will be housed behind the Victorian façades of Palatine Chambers and City Mews on Pinstone Street. Parkdean Resorts inks deal to roll out Thunderbird Fried Chicken across venues
The Caterer has advised that holiday park operator Parkdean Resorts has made a deal with Thunderbird Fried Chicken to open an initial two sites at its venues in Camber Sands, Sussex, and Trecco Bay, Bridgend, this month. The plan is then to roll out the offer across additional parks over the coming year. The concepts will trade under the Thunderbird Fried Chicken name, offering a menu of the brand's typical dishes, with Parkdean Resorts overseeing the full management of the sites.
And Finally...
Diners on a floating river cruise restaurant had to be rescued after the craft ran aground and got stuck in mud. The vessel, The Allen Gardiner, got into difficulty near Pin Mill, Suffolk, at about 18:00 BST on Sunday. Holbrook Coastguard Rescue Team and Suffolk Fire and Rescue crews came to the aid of the eight passengers and three members of crew onboard. The BBC claims that the diners thought the experience was "jolly good fun" and they would be "dining out on that story for quite some time".
