Fleurets, the leisure property specialists, have welcomed two new members to their team.
Alistair Greenhalgh joins Fleurets' North West office and brings with him a wealth of experience in hotel brokerage having previously held senior positions at a number of multi-disciplinary property companies, most recently Avison Young. Alistair has dealt with a whole multitude of transactions across the North of the UK and has over 20 years in the industry. Alistair's role will see him providing clients within the hotel industry with advice regarding disposals and acquisitions, as well as lease and management negotiations. Alistair said, "I am pleased to have joined the experienced team at Fleurets and I look forward to being an integral part in growing our market share in the quality hotel sector."
Mark Phillips joins Fleurets' head office in London having spent a number of years as a residential estate agent working in Greater London and Middlesex. In 2001 he joined Christie + Co at their Ipswich office within their hotels division. More recently, Mark spent over 10 years at the Altius Group. Mark will be covering the East region, encompassing Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. "I am delighted to be part of growing Fleurets' presence in the East and learning from a team with a wealth of knowledge."
