Peak District Pub Freehold Sold To New Owners

Fleurets is delighted to announce the recent completion of the freehold interest for The Peacock, located on the edge of the Peak District National Park, southwest of Sheffield.

Currently operating under by a National managed pub operator under a well-known brand, the freehold interest of this superb destination food-led operation has been acquired by Peak District based property company Coverland.

The operational business has subsequently been taken over by, Longbow Bars and Restaurants. The new owners plan to carry out an extensive refurbishment of the site, with a grand reopening scheduled for early December 2024.
