Popular Kentish Town local is off the market

Fleurets is delighted to announce the recent completion of the new leasehold interest for the Lady Hamilton in Kentish Town.

Elysia Wilson-Gunn, Divisional Director of Fleurets said, "We are very pleased to have secured The First Restaurant Group as the tenant of the Lady Hamilton. During its time on the market, we've had a huge level of interest with several offers being put forward. We are excited to see the building be restored to its former glory."

The popular Kentish Town local has now completed to First Restaurant Group. "We are very excited to be opening our sixth Pub & Rooms in Kentish Town (formerly the Lady Hamilton)", said Managing Director Mitch Tillman. "We will be reverting back to the pubs original name from 1885 - 'The Old Farmhouse' and will be bringing a rustic style back with 'cosy farmhouse style' pub interiors which will extend upstairs to the boutique bedrooms."

Work will start on the pub in August with the pub reopening in early October 2024 and the bedrooms to follow early 2025.
