Fleurets is pleased to announce the completion of the Wortley Arms in Sheffield.
The leasehold of the popular food led country village pub presented a fantastic opportunity for a new owner to build on an already strong customer base.
Jamie Ellis, who has owned the business for the last 6 years said, "This is the first time that I've had the opportunity to sell a leasehold business and Simon Hall's knowledge has been invaluable. He was professional and thorough throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."
The new purchasers, Alan and Wendy McGilveray, are no strangers to the industry and they are already local restaurant operators who are moving their business to the Wortley Arms. There is due to be a short closure from 4th March while they carry out some upgrades to the kitchen and to refresh the front of house. An exact reopening dates is yet to be confirmed.
Simon Hall, Director and Head of Agency North at Fleurets said, "The Wortley Arms is a really wonderful village pub with great character. We wish Alan and Wendy the best of luck with their venture."
