Fleurets secure the sale of the Swan Inn at Betley, Crewe

Fleurets Manchester office have sold the Swan Inn, Betley to the current tenant, in an off-market deal.

Commenting on the deal, Fleurets Divisional Director Tim Martin said, "The freehold of the Swan has been owned by Pam Williams for 26 years and for the last 15 years, she has rented it to Graham Ecclestone. When Pam decided that she would prefer to sell her asset, she called Fleurets for independent and expert advice.

Whilst inspecting the property, I met with Graham and it seemed an obvious solution to broker a deal between the two parties, providing them with a solution that enables them to move forward with their lives with some confidence."

Pam Williams said, "I am delighted that my tenure at the Swan Inn has come to such a positive end. The sale was a difficult process to navigate after so much of my life has centred around the Swan, but Tim handled the negotiation with true professionalism and found me a pathway through it all. I wish The Swan continued success and know it will continue to thrive."

Finally, Graham commented, "I'm delighted to secure the future of the Swan as a trading pub. Acquiring the freehold gives me the security to invest in the property and further grow the business."
