Press Release
These lettings will bring fresh energy to the two pubs; the Dog & Partridge, a traditional Essex pub and restaurant, which completed on 21st November after just four months, while the Crown & Anchor in Chiswick, dating back to the early 1800s, is set to reopen this week on Thursday, 28th November.
Simon Bland, Senior Associate at Fleurets, added: "I'm really pleased to have helped conclude the letting of The Dog & Partridge within just four months of our instruction. There was lots of interest in this traditional family pub and restaurant despite the headwinds affecting the hospitality industry, so it is especially satisfying to find new tenants with other successful businesses locally and in London."
These two deals highlight the resilience of the hospitality sector and the continued demand for well-located, high-quality venues.
Commenting on the Crown & Anchor re-letting, James Davies, Director and Head of National Agency at Fleurets, said: "We're thrilled Market Taverns are the new operators for this fantastic site. It's exciting to see how the Crown & Anchor will evolve under its new management."
