Fleurets is a multi-discipline practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the leisure sector for over 200 years. Our mission is to fully integrate with our clients' requirements and tailor our services to meet their needs, aligning our role to their strategy and thus enabling them to achieve their goals. We have a highly experienced national workforce creating the largest and most experienced privately owned and operated leisure focused property practice in the country.

We work with private, corporate and investor clients providing advice on single assets to larger group/ company disposals and acquisitions. In this brochure, we focus solely on our agency work to provide you with an overview of our main areas of work, together with recent case studies covering all sub sectors in which we are active in being: capital markets, new lettings, leasehold assignments to freehold sales and acquisition work.

The leisure sector accounts for approximately 10% of employment in the UK and contributes approximately 4% to the total GDP, so a vital contributor to the economy. We are lucky to have some of the brightest entrepreneurs driving the sector forward with constant innovation and the very highest standards. Our local individual market knowledge combined with our corporate experience means we are able react swiftly to changes in the economy and the knock-on effects to the leisure sector to provide advice to our private clients, regional and national operating leisure companies to pension funds, banks and financial institutions. It is this experience that earned us first place on EG Radius Rankings' as the most active Hotel & Leisure agent in four regions as well as eleven counties.
