Situated in the Northamptonshire town of Wellingborough, the Palace has been sold on behalf of a private client with the deal completing within eight weeks of agreeing terms. The business was sold by way of a Share Transfer to a first time entrant into the late night venue sector who plans to operate a traditional night club.

Fleurets facilitated the sale of Damons Hotel in Lincoln, a 48-bedroom property. The sale was completed in just two months with the freehold acquired by Two Seas Hotels, marking the latest expansion of the group's growing portfolio of properties.

Fleurets first sold this freehold character pub in 2000 and has now acted on behalf of the same owners to sell the investment at a guide price of £650,000 (8.04% NIY). There was strong interest in this 15th-century property, situated in Smarts Hill, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, approximately five miles west of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

We received multiple expressions of interest for both the freehold interest and a new lease for this site. Our client, Tavern Propco, decided ultimately to dispose of the freehold interest. A former Whitbread and Youngs site, Fleurets negotiated the off-market sale of the Wig & Gown in Dartford for our landlord clients.The substantial Grade 2 listed building is situated in the town centre and was originally a court house. Completion took place within only four weeks of the sale being agreed.
