Situated in the Northamptonshire town of Wellingborough, the Palace has been sold on behalf of a private client with the deal completing within eight weeks of agreeing terms. The business was sold by way of a Share Transfer to a first time entrant into the late night venue sector who plans to operate a traditional night club.

Instructions to start the process were received in March, an offer was accepted in April with an exchange of contracts in May and completion last week and within the agreed timescale. As such the project was completed within 3 months from initials conversations to key handover.
